930-1030am- Technical Muay Thai Training Session with Ajarn Buck
1030-1130am- Muay Thai Conditioning
Noon-1pm- Lunch
1-3pm- Break
330-530pm- Spartan Training/ Fighter Training
6-7pm- Dinner
